portfi is a non-custodial interface for creating and investing in index funds on the Solana blockchain. When you deposit, your assets are swapped via third-party protocols (such as Jupiter) and delivered directly to your own self-custodial wallet. portfi never takes custody of your funds, private keys, or seed phrase, and cannot move, freeze, or recover your assets.
portfi is a software tool, not a broker, exchange, financial advisor, or fiduciary. Nothing on portfi is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Indices, APYs, and returns shown are informational, may be estimates, and are not guarantees. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Do your own research.
Using DeFi protocols carries significant risk, including total loss of funds. These risks include, without limitation: smart-contract and protocol failures of integrated services; price volatility of crypto assets, tokenized stocks, and other instruments; liquidity and slippage during swaps; oracle and data errors; and network or wallet failures. You accept these risks when you use portfi.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and not be located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where use of portfi or the underlying assets is prohibited. You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to you.
Index creators may set a fee that is collected on each deposit. portfi may charge a separate platform fee, disclosed in the deposit flow before you confirm. Network (gas) and third-party swap fees also apply and are outside portfi's control.
portfi is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information is accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, portfi and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or any loss of funds, profits, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of portfi after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
