Privacy Policy

Last updated June 19, 2026

1. Non-custodial by design

portfi is a non-custodial interface. We never hold your funds, private keys, or seed phrase, and we cannot access or move your assets. You interact with the Solana blockchain directly from your own wallet.

2. What we collect

We collect the minimum needed to operate the service:

We do not require an account, name, or password. We only receive an email address if you choose to contact support.

3. What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not collect your private keys or seed phrase. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the legal age in their jurisdiction.

4. Service providers

To operate, portfi relies on third parties that may process the data above, each under their own terms: blockchain RPC providers, swap routing (Jupiter), hosting (Vercel), and a database (Supabase). Public blockchain data is, by nature, visible to anyone.

5. Data retention

Operational records (such as deposit events tied to a wallet address) are retained as long as needed to provide portfolio and history features. Blockchain data is permanent and outside our control.

6. Your choices

You can stop using portfi at any time by disconnecting your wallet. Because the underlying records are public on-chain data and pseudonymous wallet addresses, deletion of blockchain history is not possible.

7. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
